FAQs

How frequently should I visit my dentist?

Every patient has different requirements. Generally we recommend between 6 and 12 monthly check up and clean.

What age should children first visit the dentist?

Approximately 3-5 years to check on oral health habits, assess facial and dental development and familiarise the child with the dental environment.

How much do various services cost?

Since treatment varies in complexity from one patient to the next, we cannot provide costs over the phone, however all services can be quoted at the time of treatment plan.

Please note all fees are payable on the day of treatment.

What is involved in my first appointment?

One of our dental nurses will obtain relevant details from you such as medical and dental history. The dentist will then perform a thorough dental examination which may require digital radiographs (x-rays) and digital photos to complete your records.

If further treatment is required, you will be provided with a treatment plan and fee estimate.

This first appointment will take approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

Dentistry involves maintenance and improvement of the oral condition that directly affects general health by reducing harmful bacterial distribution in the bloodstream.
